Briar Creek will be having one Saturday morning a month where we set up Cavaletti in the indoor arena (sometimes outdoor if weather is ideal). Suzanne Liscouski will instruct this group lesson in proper biomechanics, distancing and progressions. This is open to riders at any level. Our first few sessions will be either walk or walk/ trot for FITNESS. We will focus on softness, roundness, proper thoracic sling lift and understanding the full articulation of the joint(s) to optimize our horses’ health. Remember, this is to put our horses on a path to better fitness, so don’t worry if you have “out of shape” concerns, that’s what Suzanne is there for. We will do what we can/should for each horse and rider. Limited to 8 riders. Cost is $50 for this 90 minute lesson which will incorporate ground and in-hand work as needed to teach horses proper alignment and release tension.
